These Terms and Conditions govern your use of EP RealTeam's internal transaction management system and SMS alert program. By participating in our SMS program, you agree to these terms.

About EP RealTeam

EP RealTeam is a real estate team operating in Central Arkansas under Move Realty. Our internal systems are used exclusively to manage real estate transactions on behalf of our clients and team.

SMS Alert Program

Who receives messages: Only verified internal team members whose phone numbers are manually added to the system by the account administrator. Recipients must be active members of the EP RealTeam operation.

What messages contain: Automated alerts about upcoming real estate transaction deadlines including inspection dates, IRSA (Inspection Resolution and Repair Addendum) deadlines, appraisal dates, and closing dates. Messages may include property addresses, client names, and links to the transaction management system at crm.eprealteam.com.

Message frequency: Frequency varies based on active transactions. Recipients may receive multiple alerts per day during busy transaction periods.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to all messages sent and received through this program.

Opt-Out and Help

To stop receiving messages: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts will be sent to your number.

To get help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly at [email protected].

To re-enroll: Contact the system administrator at [email protected] to have your number re-added to the system.

Limitation of Liability

EP RealTeam's SMS alert system is provided as an internal operational tool to assist with transaction deadline tracking. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, legal advice, or direct communication with clients, brokers, or other parties. EP RealTeam is not liable for missed deadlines or transaction outcomes resulting from reliance on automated alerts.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure alerts are delivered accurately and on time, but cannot guarantee delivery due to factors outside our control including carrier outages, network issues, or changes to phone numbers.

Privacy

Our use of personal information in connection with this service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
