EP RealTeam ("we," "us," or "our") operates a private real estate transaction management system. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our internal communications systems, including SMS (Short Message Service — text messaging) alerts.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to operate our internal transaction management system. This includes property addresses, transaction dates, and the phone numbers of our internal team members who receive deadline alerts. We do not collect personal information from the general public through this system.
SMS Messaging Program
EP RealTeam operates an internal SMS alert system to notify verified team members of real estate transaction deadlines. Messages are sent only to individuals who are part of our internal team. We do not send marketing messages or messages to clients via SMS.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on active transactions. Recipients may receive multiple messages per day during active transaction periods.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from alerts. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Non-Sharing of Mobile Numbers
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers to third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for our SMS alert system are used solely to deliver internal operational alerts and are never shared with outside parties.
How We Use Information
Information collected through our transaction management system is used exclusively to facilitate real estate transactions managed by EP RealTeam and to send internal deadline alerts to verified team members. We do not use this information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to transaction management.
Data Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect information stored in our systems. Our transaction management system is password-protected and accessible only to authorized team members.
