EP RealTeam SMS Alert Program

EP RealTeam operates an internal SMS (Short Message Service — text message) alert program to notify verified team members of upcoming real estate transaction deadlines. This page describes how the program works, who receives messages, and how recipients can manage their preferences.

Who Receives Messages

This is a closed, internal program. Messages are sent only to verified members of the EP RealTeam operation — specifically the team's Executive Broker and the system developer — who have explicitly agreed to participate by signing the consent agreement below.

Messages are never sent to real estate clients, the general public, or anyone outside the EP RealTeam operation.

What Messages Contain

Messages are automated deadline alerts for active real estate transactions. They may include the client name, property address, deadline type, and a link to the EP RealTeam transaction management system at crm.eprealteam.com. No marketing content is ever sent.

Example message:

EP RealTeam (eprealteam.com): Internal alert — IRSA due today for [Client Name], [Property Address]. Details at crm.eprealteam.com. Reply STOP to opt out.

Consent Agreement

Each recipient of EP RealTeam SMS alerts has reviewed and agreed to the following:

By participating in the EP RealTeam transaction management platform as a verified team member, I agree to receive automated SMS deadline alerts from EP RealTeam at the mobile number I have provided.

I understand that:

• Message frequency varies based on active real estate transactions. I may receive multiple messages per day during active transaction periods.

• Message and data rates may apply.

• I can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

• I can get help by replying HELP to any message or by contacting [email protected].

• My mobile number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

STOP You will be unsubscribed immediately and receive a confirmation message. No further alerts will be sent.
HELP You will receive a help message with contact information for EP RealTeam support.
START If you have previously opted out, replying START will re-enroll you in alerts.
